We have successfully delivered our Seat Line Test Cabin project for our customer who manufactures seats for the automotive sector.

We designed our noise cabin solution to reduce the sound inside the cabin by creating a silent test environment for the testing of seats.

Pechom's 7 project steps were followed to reach the desired sound level from the initial sound level. First, our expert engineering team performed acoustic design and acoustic analysis with our acoustic end software programs and ensured that the desired sound reduction was guaranteed at the beginning of the project. As a result of the engineering studies, the required project-specific acoustic material combinations were selected for the desired sound reduction. The cabin structure that will provide acoustic performance was manufactured by adapting it to customer requests. The panels in the cabin were prepared in a modular structure for ease of maintenance and portability. Movable door structures were used in the project for the moving line. The field assembly was carried out by Pechom and the project was delivered on time.
