L30 press line noise controlling project at Oyak Renault Plant was successfully completed with the end-of-project noise measurement service.While the average sound level before the application was 88 dB (A), the noise level was reduced to 80.6 dB (A) after the noise control application.
Within the scope of the project, the ceiling area of the press line was closed with panels having a movement mechanism which are allowed to determine open or close status to its users. Thanks to the panel structure that can be opened with automation system, it is aimed to perform maintenance activities much more easier.
